WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of our Shapewear is made with the upmost care using the best materials in the market in our factory in Colombia.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

Curvy Mania has been running since 2015 via online and wholesae on other platforms such as Ebay, and Amazon until we successfully transitioned to our personal website.

HOW CAN I USE A COUPON CODE?

Any promo codes should be imported during the checkout process underneath the total price amount for your order. All discounts are for personal use only and cannot be combined with other offers or applied toward purchases made through retailers other than Curvy Mania.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. However, most of the time, orders made by 12PM EST get shipped the same day.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

We have two different sizing charts in our Size Chart page. Please follow the directions and if you happen to be between two sizes, please select the larger size. You may also contact us anytime via info@curvymania.com for further assistance.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

What shipping carriers do you use? For Domestic orders we currently offer USPS shipping and USPS International or DHL Express for International orders automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ? (COVID-19 UPDATE))

Shipping time can vary based on the final destination of the delivery. Domestic orders typically take 2-3 business days unless overnight shipping is added to your order. International orders can take 3-21 business days depending on the shipping chosen by the buyer. 

Due to COVID-19, processing times have been extended in order to carefully follow protective guidelines. Shipping times have also been extended by shipping carriers. For more information, please visit our Shipping + Delivery page.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Yes, we offer wholesale options of a minimum of 12 pieces per item. If you'd like more information on pricing, please fill out our contact form on our Contact page.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may easily track your order by viewing our Order Tracking page.

MY ORDER WAS LOST OR STOLEN?

If your order was lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. You may contact USPS via 1 (800) 275-8777 or DHL via 1 (800) 225-5345. We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claim as usually the packages do deliver during that time.

WRONG ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT?

We are not held responsible for any orders with an incorrect address during checkout. Please be sure to double check the delivery address to avoid any mistakes.  

DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION?

If you would like signature confirmation, please include that in the notes during checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

All orders are eligible for returns or exchanges if processed within 30 days of purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments, we are very strict with our return policy. If you fail to follow the instructions for the return, or send back a used item, and not in original conditions, you will not receive a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Please create a return by following the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges page.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?

Although rare, if you receive a faulty order, please create a return by following the instructions in our Returns + Exchanges page.

WHAT REFUND OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

While completing your return through our Returns Center, you have the option to receive a refund by store credit, original form of payment, or an exchange depending on your intent.

Note: Only orders within 30 days of payment will be returnable.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

All butt-lifting short styles are non-returnable due to the intimate nature of the products. All non-returnable styles will not be available in our Returns Center.

HOW LONG AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After receiving a returned item, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be inspect. If we accept the return, you should expect your refund within 3-7 business days to the form of payment you selected in our Returns Center.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM(S)?

Hand wash in warm water. Air dry by hanging or laying it or laying it flat. Do not use bleach. Do not iron.
