ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
All orders are eligible for returns or exchanges if processed within 14 days of delivery. Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments, we are very strict with our return policy. If you fail to follow the instructions for the return, or send back a used item, and not in original conditions, you will not receive a refund.

Please ensure shipping addresses are correct during checkout. We will not be able to change shipping addresses once the order is in transit. Please verify your delivery address when completing checkout.
All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a damaged product was delivered. Although rare, if the order arrived damaged, we will schedule a return at no charge to the customer and issue a refund or replacement according to the customers request. - Original packaging with all tags
- No stretch marks, or folds
- No deodorant marks
- No broken hooks
- No missing straps
- No hair of any kind
- No smells other than fabric. Absolutely no perfumes.
- Within 30 days of purchase
- No sale items

If you are exchanging, please include your name or invoice in your package stating what size you would like.
If you fail to comply with the return requirements, you will not receive a refund. All products must arrive in mint condition as received. We will have images on file of your return if it fails to meet requirements.
