Returns + Exchanges

ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

All orders are eligible for returns or exchanges if processed within 15 days of delivery. Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments, we are very strict with our return policy. If you fail to follow the instructions for the return, or send back a used item, not in original conditions, you will not receive a refund. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS:

* Unworn
* Unused
* Unwashed
* Panties not returnable
* Original packaging with all tags
* No stretch marks, or folds
* No deodorant marks
* No broken hooks
* No missing straps
* No hair of any kind
* No odors/smells other than fabric. Absolutely no perfumes.
* Within 15 days of purchase
* No sale items

If you fail to comply with the return requirements, you will not receive a refund. All products must arrive in mint condition as received. We will have images and unedited video on file of your return if it fails to meet requirements.
